What you might not know, however, is that Paul has his own Gastropub, The Victoria, located alongside Richmond Park, London, serving up a menu with ingredients sourced from the finest British suppliers. For late summer foodies, there is an alfresco dining area, while in-doorsy folk can sink into sumptuous leather sofas, and pick from the impressive wine list created exclusively for The Victoria by Saturday Kitchen favourite, Olly Smith.
