Things have reached breaking point with Lindsay Lohan and her father, this time it looks like the pair will be meeting each other in court. What has got Lindsay in a huff this time? We hear Michael Lohan secretly recorded his phone conversations with his daughter and leaked them to the media to show how much she needs help.

Funnily enough this did not go down well with Lindsay, once again Lindsay took to Twitter to defend herself  “My fathers such a loser & those recordings are from years ago,” she tweets. “To release personal things is foul enough, but to edit them. I used to think. That he needed the book for dummies on learning how to be a father. Haha-he’s needs the book for dummies on HOW TO BE A MAN.”

The recordings, published by Radar Online, show the actress sobbing that no one cares about her as she pours her heart out about ex Samantha Ronson and her family issues. We hear this time Lindsay has gone to her lawyers.
