Jennifer Aniston & Gerard Butler

Jennifer Aniston celebrated her 41st birthday with her nearest and dearest at her side which also included Gerard Butler. Jen treated friends to a lavish trip to an exclusive resort in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, where Gerard and Jen were spotted relaxing by Jen’s private pool. Friends included Courteney Cox and Sheryl Crow who were also spotted soaking up the sunshine, however there was no partying for the pals Jen opted for a quiet low key affair with just a few friends chatting beside the pool.

Rumours that Jen and Gerard are an item have been flying around Hollywood ever since they grew close on set filming their upcoming movie The Bounty Hunter. The pair also got tongues wagging when they attended the Golden Globes together in January.  The pair were also pictured together again on the night of the Hope for Haiti Now telethon, as they helped raise money during the celeb-packed charity evening.   Friends say Gerard being invited to Jen’s private birthday celebrations is very significant. ‘Him turning up in Mexico is a good sign. If she is inviting him to hang out with her closest friends they must be getting serious,’ said a source.
