Burberry CEO Reveals Secret to Success

One of the most established Brit brands in the industry, Burberry, has revealed the key secrets to their success. Company CEO and exceptionally inspiring person, Angela Ahrendts, spoke in Los Angeles at a TED talk about how she keeps Burberry ahead.

The businesswoman discussed how honing in on human energy is the best way to combat negativity in a company and achieve success and confidence – a concept essential to the working community at Burberry. Ahrendts explains that the three key values: trust, intuition and belief are the foundation for positive energy.

Known for their digital approach to PR, the Burberry boss commented on how “your customers and your associates, are already living on the same platforms, same digital devices. The lines of communication are forever blurred.” She continued about how the essence of authentic communication, to promote a “consistent and cohesive message” to reach your audience will “cut through all the noise.”

Ahrendts closed the talk by quoting American poet Maya Angelou: “People will forget what you did, they will forget what you said, but they will never forget the way you made them feel.”
