Well National Chocolate Week is upon us once again next week (11th – 17th October) and I recon we should go out and celebrate all things chocolaty.

Here are a few of my choices for the week; 

Talk about it…

Speak to some of the world’s best chocolatiers at Fortnum & Mason, all week, in their confectionary department.

Monday 11 October: Gerard Coleman will taste his Fortnum’s exclusive chocolate bars

Tuesday 12 October: Carlo Melchior and his truly terrific truffles

Wednesday 13 October: David Burns, the master of traditional English chocolates and a demonstration and tasting of new hot chocolates by Luke Turner

Thursday 14 October: Meet the maestro: Marc Demarquette

Friday 15 October: Elinor Govett introduces her contemporary handmade English fresh chocolates including Eton mess with cherry bakewell and treacle tart and 11am-2pm: Valrhona’s own Chocolate Chef, Andrew Gravett, demonstrates the art of cooking with chocolate, in our First Floor Demonstration Kitchen.
