Charlotte’s Bistro on Turnham Green Terrace, in Chiswick, has just won a Michelin Bib Gourmand award, which is awarded to those restaurants offering outstanding food & service at ‘moderate prices’. Charlotte’s Bistro is just one of eleven new London restaurants to receive this accolade for the first time. This is a fantastic achievement for the little restaurant, which is always packed to the gills with the local chiswick-ites.

Head chef Wesley Smalley, who has worked as Jean-Christophe Novelli’s executive chef and with Mark Hix at the Ivy, concentrates on fresh seasonal ingredients and an ever changing innovative menu, which has everything from a pigs head terrine to a lovely spicy curried monkfish and a full on British roast, which is served all on Sundays, using the best British meat sourced form specialist regional suppliers.

Charlotte’s offer a weekly-changing set lunch menu at £12.95 for two courses and £15.95 for three or dine early between 5.30pm and 7pm.
