The Codorniu Pinot Noir is a refreshingly light and crisp pink cava. It has all full flavour expected of the pinot noir grape and worked fantastically on its own and with food.
I served it with barbequed pork loin and it worked extremely well. It was very drinkable and at £9.99 is well worth it.
