Cono Sur, one of the worlds greenest wineries, has teamed up with celebrity chef Paul Merrett in search of the nation’s top green cook. Paul is joining forces with eco-expert Jamie Grainger-Smith and award-winning chef Barny Haughton, in a bid to inspire budding home-cooks to cook up a sustainable storm in the kitchen.

In line with their green credentials, Carbon Neutral winery Cono Sur is rewarding cooks who produce food that not only matches their wines in terms of taste, but also their sustainability ethos. Paul, Barny and Jamie are calling out for budding home-cooks across the UK to submit their own ‘green’ recipes to the with a chance at winning a tasting menu dinner, cooked at the exclusive London Victoria restaurant by Paul Merrett himself, partnered with delicious Cono Sur wines.

Each week the best entry will be selected, winning a case of Cono Sur wines and a grow-your-own vegetable kit from the Seed Pantry, for each week of the competition.
