From 21st January Angela Malik will be selling her fantastic new range of Indian sauces, mixes and chutneys at Borough Market in London.

Angela trained at the Leith’s School of Cookery and has since opened her own cooking school in Acton. Her cooking has gone down so well that she decided to branch out and bottle her delicious Indian Pestos, Tamarind and Jaggery Chutney and Garam Masala mix for those that can’t make it to the school, or simply can’t make it!

The products are well made and taste great. I really enjoyed the Tamarind and Jaggery Chutney and thought the Garam Masala was well balanced and perfect for adding to any kind of curry. And it’s worth mentioning the Pomegranate Caramels can get a bit soft so don’t hang around and eat them as quickly as you can!
