Making fresh pasta is no mean feet, but the end result is wonderful and a such pleasure to eat. Cantina Del Ponte’s head chef, Claudio Gottardo, will be throwing open the doors to his kitchen to run a series of Pasta masterclasses, starting on Saturday 24th September.

Claudio will take small groups of wannabe Italian mama’s through the basics of making fresh pasta, including Tagliatelle, tagliolini, spaghetti, ravioli, agnolotti and orecchiette.

Classes can be booked individually or as a course of two or three classes. Lessons take approximately 1.5 hours, starting at 10:30 for coffee and finishing for lunch at 12:30.
