For anyone that follows our weekly cake column, Thank Cake It’s Friday, you’ll know that our Cake Editor Sarah Adams is a bit a whizz at everything and anything baking related.

Knowing this we’ve already placed our order on her brand new website for her new cake company, Gosh Patisserie!

Gosh is the go-to place for anyone looking to order a bespoke and super tasty celebration cakes; whether that’s for a birthday, anniversary, wedding or even just pure indulgence at home. Sarah’s also a bit of an aficionado at baking with recipes that are gluten and wheat free or even vegan or vegetarian, meaning no one misses out on the fun.

Now, we’ve had the pleasure of sampling some of Sarah’s creations here in the office and we’re still slightly confused as to just how she managed to make a lump of chocolate look like a life-size rose… Still, if anything this should be sure-proof that she’s talented enough to make the most intricate of celebration cakes and decorations.

Oh and did we mention that she not only used to work at Heston Blumenthal’s restaurant, The Fat Duck, as a pastry chef but she’s a professional sugar crafter… no wonder she’s so damn good!
