Claridges Easter Egg

Claridges, the luxury London hotel, have once again made a limited edition Easter Egg in time for the bank holiday.

The Easter Eggs, handcrafted by Head Pastry Chef Nick Patterson, are made from the finest Valrhona chocolate and filled with homemade Champagne truffles.

However, chocoloate aside, it’s the packaging that we love. This year the wrapping, inspired by the hotel’s famous Art Deco chequered lobby, is black and white foil tied with a satin bow and comes in a pretty mint-green box.

The ultimate luxury this Easter as there were only 100 made and each Egg costs £45. Money well spent we think… especially if we can help contribute the one tonne of chocolate consumed in Claridges each year.
