The new Gin Den has opened at east London restaurant Bistrotheque, designed by Luxe homewares label House of Hackney and inspired by Bombay Sapphire Gin.
The House of Hackney Gin Den will be open until the end of the year, giving visitors plenty of time to take in the evocative décor whilst sipping a fruity and herbaceous Hackney Empire Bombay Sapphire cocktail, specially created by David Waddington and Bombay Sapphireʼs brand ambassador Sam Carter.
