Our amazing food contributor, John Gregory-Smith, has just released his newest cookbook, Mighty Spice, and we can’t wait to try his delicious recipes!

Kadahi Chicken

To show you how to get started, John created a tutorial for his Kadahi Curry Chicken dish, which he cooks in a wok with green chilli, garam masala, red onion, cumin seeds, ginger, tumeric, green peppers, and tomatoes.  It looks absolutely delicious and he gives super-valuable tips… Check out the video below.
