D&D London’s Meza announced today the launch of a new Indian restaurant, Carom.

Carom, a contemporary restaurant and lounge bar specialising in regional Indian food, has opened its doors this week. The menu is based around shared plates, so you can eat as much or as little as you like. Emphasis is on great value, quality ingredients and lots of wonderful freshly ground spices.

Dishes on the menu include:

Crisp Tiger Prawns ‘Dikshin’ Spices and Curry Leaves
Chilli Fried Squid ‘Mirch Makeli,’ Coriander Dip
Half Spring Chicken, Mint Yoghurt
Luknowi Lamb, Cucumber and Mint Yoghurt
Kerala Sea Bass, Curry Leaf, Mango, Coconut and Ginger Sauce
Goan Spiced Beef, Pepper and Coconut
Kashmiri Style Braised Lamb Rogan Josh
Vegetable Dumpling, Cashew Nuts and Caramelised Onion Sauce
Spinach, Cottage Cheese and Cumin
Tandoori Pineapple, Star Anise and Fennel Seed, Vanilla Ice Cream

Carom will serve a range of Indian wines and whisky,; including the full range of single malts from the Amrut distillery in Bangalore. Guests will also be able to play Carom, the Indian table-top game which is a combination of billiards and table shuffleboard.
