I am loving the new Venison and Chantenay carrot stew that Pod has just launched. The wonderfully rich stew is slow cooked with chestnut mushrooms, bacon and red wine. It’s the perfect winter warmer for a freezing cold day.

If that’s not tempting enough, the fact that the delicious stew, served with Pod’s nutty mixed wild rice, is only 305 calories should get down there pretty swiftly!

The wonderful stew costs £6.95 and is available at all the pod sites except Lloyds Avenue until March 18th
