Claire Clark is regarded as one of the world’s best pastry chefs. Her unique creations grace fancy dessert plates around the world. Including the Michelin starred French Laundry in California and The Ritz in London. Thankfully, for those of us who don’t pop into such places, Claire is hosting a pop up patisserie at Harvey Nichols Knightsbridge.

Claire’s pop up patisserie will take inspiration from her childhood and bring us jaffa cake macaroons, which will use the finest amedei 70% toscano chocolate, mint rocky road and traditional loaf cakes. She will also be doing afternoon tea with sandwiches, scones and of course her amazing cakes.

Claire Clarks pop up patisserie and afternoon tea will be available for a limited time only, so you’d better get in there quick. The patisserie will be open in The Fifth Floor Foodmarket from 13-18th September and her afternoon tea will be served in The Fifth Floor Restaurant from 13-26th September from £35.
