Rosella Flower Champagne

Why not try making your very own floral champagne cocktail this valentine’s day by adding a Wild Hibiscus Rosella flower to your champagne. The beautiful flowers come in a light syrup, which, when added to champagne slowly open and the syrup gently bleeds into the bubbly giving it a light pink colour.

A jar of 11 flowers costs just £7.42 and is available to purchase at a number of deli’s and good food stores as well as online at and on Amazon.
