It revolves around the pairs’ characters and the friendship they form after the world is told it will be destroyed as a huge asteroid is set to impact in three weeks time. It looks a bit Melancholia vs Lost In Translation but good nonetheless.
Synopsis:
As an asteroid nears Earth, a man (Carrell) finds himself alone after his wife leaves in a panic. He decides to take a road trip to reunite with his high school sweetheart. Accompanying him is a neighbour (Knightley) who inadvertently puts a wrench in his plan.
