Now that NYFW is ending, that means London Fashion Week has begun! Opening the week was Dublin-born designer, Paul Costelloe who created a luxurious collection inspired by old Hollywood classic, and modern edge trends.  The fashion was a perfect mix of vintage Parisian chic with voluminous dresses, metallic prints and neutral drapings complimented with corals and green. The looks were confident and calm, with nude t-strap heels and thin ribbed socks.

Makeup expert, Attracta Courtney for Bourjois Paris kept the looks very youthful starting with Healthy Mix Serum applied all over the face with a sponge, and flushes of pink blush on the cheeks. Then about 3 layers of Volume Glamour Max mascara on both top and bottom lashes, and layers of metallic blue eyeliner pencil, with a thin black felt tip liner around the eyes. To complete the look, Attracta added a high intensity lipstick, Sweet Kiss #42 in Rose Habille. “The look is very glamorous and has a youthful feel but chic” said Attracta.

What would a fashion show be without the hair? Toni & Guy hairdresser, Tim Furssendonn created clean hairlines and Toni & Guy to flatter the modern babydoll dresses that encompassed most of the line. In using a wax stick and hair spray to keep all stray hairs intact, the models all had their hair up high on their crowns that were set in sculptural movements with pins.
