The Melvita Foundation is helping bee’s all around the world on 22nd April, and asking you to join them! Melvita happens to mean ‘Honey and Life’ and was founded 30 years ago in France.

The Melvita brand is regarded as the leading pioneer of organic beauty in France with over 300 products in the beauty range. So, in order to protect the bee population worldwide, ‘Capital Bee’s’ Camilla Goddard, is installing hives on the roof of the Covent Garden Store of Melvita to coincide with Earth Month!

To celebrate Earth Day on 22nd April, there will be a Bee Workshop in the St. Martin’s Courtyard store from 1pm-4pm. Anyone can drop by and there will be free honey tasting and a glass observation hive. There will also be free hand massages thanks to the Melvita beauty team and the chance to raise money when you purchase one of the following products:

For each purchase made Melvita will donate £1 to the Apiary Fund, which raises money for new hives and protection of bees in London.
