Essie Hits the High Street

The perfect combination of high-fashion colourways and professional quality lacquers, New York brand Essie has, for the last 30 years set the international standard for perfectly polished nails and toes. And now, in celebration of the brand’s nationwide launch into Boots and Superdrug stores, there’s no excuse for messy manicures or less-than-perfect paint jobs.

To celebrate the launch, a team of manicurists will be hitting the streets of Central London for 5 whole days over the bank holiday, armed with 12  perfectly on point polishes ready to lacquer your fingertips for free! You’ll be guided to view the full 70 shade range at locations including Covent Garden, Trafalgar Square and South Kensington.

The 12 shades available for manicures are (as above) Cute as a Button, Tart Deco, Mint Candy Apple, Lilacism, Fiji, Lapiz of Luxury, Ballet Slippers, Watermelon, Splash of Grenadine, Muchi Muchi, Flawless and Mademoiselle.

Look out for the team of Essie manicurists on;

1st June at the Real Food Market (East Piazza) Covent Garden, London, WC2E 8HD between 11 am and 6 pm.

3rd June at the Jubilee Family Festival Hyde Park, Rangers Lodge, London, W2 2UH between 10 am and 5 pm.

Oh and just to tempt you to get nail-painting, here’s a rather fabulous finger-tapping video from Essie.
