Facial Zones

I had spots on my temples last week, a place I never had breakouts before and I wondered what it related too in my life or diet. It made sense as I was eating really poorly that week. Have you wondered why you break out after a night of heavy drinking? Not sure if your blemish is the culprit of fatty foods, stress, or both? We’ve gathered a comprehensive guide to the causes and solutions to acne for each zone of your face.

Many acne problems can be prevented with a simple solution, like washing your makeup brushes and drinking more water, while others require a lifestyle adjustment.
