New Year, new you, subtle changes, small tweaks can work but some people should really be asking for a full refund.

And speaking of changes, so many celebrities decided to upgrade their looks last year with plastic surgery. Not always the best idea, but Hollywood does put the pressure on stars to look their best at all time.

One of the most famous plastic surgery stories in Hollywood comes from Heidi Montag who underwent countless surgeries to look like a Barbie doll. We all know how that ended up.

But some like Kris Jenner and Leona Lewis have managed to pull off their new look without looking like a completely different human being.

What do you think of their plastic surgeries? Anything you would ever want?

The Good: Kris Jenner, Leona Lewis and Nicole Richie. These three ladies had subtle plastic surgeries throughout the year, that improved their looks without making them look too plastic.

Kris Jenner

Kris Jenner chose to update her look with a facelift to take away the wrinkles on her face and neck.

Leona Lewis

Leona Lewis' nose job wasn't ugly before, but her rhinoplasty job does contour her face a bit better

Nicole Richie

Nicole Richie is a fashion mumma no matter how small or big her boobs are, but apparently after having two children she felt they needed a boost

The Bad: Madonna and Bristol Palin overdid it on the plastic surgery by doing for a drastic look that doesn’t look natural at all.

Madonna has had countless surgeries to make her face appear youthful

Bristol Palin

Bristol Palin opted for a nose job and jaw re-alignment to update her look, but we think she could have achieved a more natural look by just loosing weight the healthy way...

The ugly: Simon Cowell. Enough said.

Simon Cowell's eyes are incredibly tight, and wrinkles disappeared after intense botox
