OPI United Shades of America

I’ve just spent the morning at Ed’s Diner near Bond Street living it up American style with OPI!

They were previewing the new Autumn/Winter collection for 2011 and I’m really impressed with the colour range they’ve come up with. The United Shades of America range has the standard darker shades that have been in trend over recent years (I’m talking lovely sludgy greys, khakis and browns), however they’ve jazzed the collection up with a few intense colour shots in the purple and blue tones, as well as the amazing range of corally reds and oranges. Which is a good thing as this range is available from early September meaning we may just need those coral shades for a late summer holiday!

My favourite shades? ‘I Eat Mainely Lobster’ (a metallic coral) and ‘Honk If You Love OPI’ (an amazingly intense grape purple).
