When we heard that Sarah Jessica Parker got her little Sex & The City fingers on the fabulous new Laura Mercier First Blush palette, £45, we were instantly filled with the kind of jealously that only the most perfect make-up can induce.

The palette contains everything needed for that soft, how-does-she-look-so-pretty kind of look that normally needs a make-up artist on hand to produce. Three neutral shade eye shadows for defining and widening, three gentle barely there lip shades for just-bitten innocence and two flush colour blushers; one pink, one peach.
