What a Gentleman

If your male friends or boyfriend have ever played up, you may want to sneakily download Dolce&Gabbana’s brand new FREE iPhone app, Rules for the Modern Gentleman (download here). It’s compiled by current GQ Editor Dylan Jones and literally does what it says on the tin, giving your male acquaintances a few handy tips on how to present themselves in the most gentleman-like manner… and as a result, stay on our good sides.
Now a few of us have been exploring the app and they’ve given some great tips on etiquette, which is a MUST if we’re even going to be in the same room as our eligible bachelors… They may be Matthew McConaughey but if they haven’t got manners, they know where the door is! There are tips on everything from how to properly deal with a dinner party, ordering out and wine tasting to dating and small talk. Although there are also great tips for style and grooming too.
Why all the emphasis on being a proper gentleman in the first place? Well, Dolce&Gabbana have just launched their new fragrance, The One Gentleman, for men who are distinguished, considered, and with an instinctive feel for chivalry.
Well we like the sound of this kind of man (any out there please get in touch) and we’ve smelt the fragrance which smells very manly indeed, so it makes sense that the wearer of the scent behaves himself accordingly (it’s a peppery scent with a base of patchouli). So thank you Dylan Jones, you’ve saved us a lot of heartache!
Buy it from www.boots.com for £42 for 50ml and get sniffing… we’re hoping the likelihood of any wearer of this scent is the most polite version of Matthew McConaughey available.
Let us know if you’ve tried the app yourself or you male friends… and if you’ve got any extra gentlemanly tips please do share!
