In the heart of Covent Garden‘s St Martin’s Courtyard, you’ll find Yotopia. Offering hot yoga and pilates, plus a brand new ‘Myo-Fit‘ yoga class, Quantum Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, and Anusara Yoga, over recent months it has fast become the must-know name in Yoga studios.
Withtwo studios, one for hot yoga and the other for all the temperate heat classes, what makes Yotopia so unique is that it uses ‘myofascia-fit‘ principles to “improve the body’s efficiency, adaptability, strength, and flexibility.”
Apparently, myofascia-fit decreases your chances of injury and helps improve your energy levels. We love that the stidop is centrally located, and that you can book classes without having to sign in for the long haul with a membership.
