Breaking Dawn Release Dates

The wait for the fifth and final Twilight film might be the test of a true relationship between the film series and its fans. Earlier this week, Summit Entertainment announced 16 November 2012 as the release date for The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn, Part 2 in the US.
In June of this year, it was announced that the film would be split into two films with the first coming out on 18 November 2011. On one hand, the spacey release dates let Twilighters hold onto the vampire fantasy series a little longer, but on the other hand, that’s a long time to wait! We have to wait two years to see if Bella and Edward’s cheesy one-liners actually lead to sex…what’s up with that?
For those who’ve read the best-selling series by Stephenie Meyer, from which the films have been adapted, you know the scenes get explicit in her fourth and final book, which the two-part film is based on. For those who haven’t read the series, now you know. How Director Bill Condon will handle all the blood, sex, and birthing that’s in the book is still largely in question. Sex and violence hardly makes for a teen film. So for the sake of all the teen Twi-fans, sounds like Summit Entertainment will be keeping it clean in the two-part film, but that’s subject to change. We do have to wait two years after all!
The other big question surrounding the production is whether or not it will be in 3D. As of now, it sounds like not. In the midst of all the Twilight wonderment, we were given one sure-thing. Kristen Stewart, Robert Pattinson, and Taylor Lautner are all set to return for both parts of Breaking Dawn with production starting this November. What a relief!Click here for more entertainment news…
