Oh how things can change in a week.
Here was Britney looking all glam at the Teen Choice Awards, and here she is now.
We spotted Britney out and about shopping, but that dress is just an accident waiting to happen.
A word of warning Britney, if you insist on going bra-less at least pick a dress that properly covers you.
