For his next role Johnny Depp plans to go behind the camera and try his hand at directing, he’s looking to make a documentary about Rolling Stones star Keith Richards. It’s no secret that Johnny based his character from the Pirates of the Caribbean franchise, Jack Sparrow on Keith, taking inspiration from the rock legend’s boozy, incoherent behaviour.
No details are in place yet, but after the success of Scorsese’s Shine A Light who could blame Johnny for giving it a bash? We’re interested to see what he comes up with – are you?
