Eva Longoria Parker is moving to France. Well you did take him for better or worse Eva. She will relocate to the European country when her husband Tony Parker’s professional basketball career is over. Eva told America’s OK! magazine: “Tony and I will be moving to France after ‘Desperate Housewives’. Actually, after his basketball career. Not for a while, but we’ll be living there for a bit.” Tony, 26, is not expected to retire for another five years but the San Antonio Spurs star is reportedly keen to return to his home country as soon as possible. We just hope he’s worth it Eva.

While Eva is off Amy Winehouse has decided to stay permanently in St. Lucia. We’re thinking that is probably a wise move Amy. She has spent the majority of the year on the Caribbean island and, after feeling isolated after briefly returning to the UK last month, has decided to make her home there. A source said: “Amy is fed up with the stress and trauma that comes with being in London. She has made so many friends in St. Lucia and says it feels like home. When she returned to the UK in March she felt like an outsider.” Amy – who moved away from North London to the quieter area of Barnet to escape her hard-partying friends when she returned from her original extended vacation – has been house-hunting since returning to the island and has finally found her dream home.

Finally the Britney Spears saga continues, as her former manager has been banned from approaching her for three years. Maybe now Britney can get on with her life. Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Aviva Bobb ruled Sam Lutfi must stay at least 100 yards away from Britney, and cannot attempt to contact her via email, phone or mail. He has also been ordered to stay away from Britney’s sons Sean Preston, three, and Jayden James, two. Lutfi - who previously told the court Britney is suffering “emotional distress” under her father Jamie’s strict rule – is planning to challenge the ruling. His attorney Bryan Freedman said: “We absolutely will appeal this ruling. Never before in history has a restraining order been issued against someone who answered another person’s cries for help.”
