Kelly Osborne has always been in the tabloids for her changing image, and her latest revamp is no let-down.
Osborne has been spotted out and about, sporting a new purple rinse! The lilac hair colour actually looks rather nice in this photo, although I’m not sure that this will be the case 100% of the time?! The only problem with this shade is that, although eye-catching, it does put a good couple of decades on and can really sallow your skin.
Maybe leave the tinted rinses to people over 50-years-old, unless you can have a fab makeup artist on hand to give you a great glow like Kelly, 24/7.
