No Consequences for Lohan

Lohan won't serve more than 120 days
Lindsay Lohan will not be receiving any additional jail time for pleading no contest for misdemeanor theft. Earlier this year Lohan was accused of stealing a necklace from a Venice Beach jeweller while still on bail.
However, it is anticipated Lohan won’t receive extended jail time past her 120 days already assigned despite violating probabtion, which she will serve in her home fitted to a electronic monitoring device.
This doesn’t sound like a justice system, it sounds more like a mum putting her daughter in the naughty corner and telling her to think about what she’s done.
