We all cringed along with Baby when she uttered those words ‘I carried a watermelon’ to Johnny Castle, but we’re pleased Baby lost her cool, as it’s one of our favourite scenes. Next month you can cash in on Baby’s iconic line with a little help from National Watermelon Day on August 4th.

Dirty Dancing (the show) have teamed up with Tesco and are offering up 100 free tickets. All you need do is nab a watermelon from Tescos then hot foot it down to The Aldwych Theatre before 10am and utter those famous words. The first 100 will see the show for free and trust me it is definitely worth seeing.
