#FF: To Twitter and Newsnight for being so scandalicious this week!

#FF: This week I managed to wear a skirt, thanks to a leg wax at The Beauty Lounge & my #FF Lavera Seft Tanning lotion. I really like the natural colour & minimal whiff of this cream. Plus points for me are 100% pure and natural plant derived active ingredients & you can use it on face and the body.

Good price too £10.90

#FF: This one’s not for the faint hearted as London now has it’s first ever Absinthe Bar in the Brompton Bar & Grill in Kensington!

I head down there last night and was very impressed the venue (it’s got lots of nods to Parisian artwork and Absinthe hertiage) and the cocktails aren’t half bad -the Death in the Afternoon Champagne and Absinthe cocktail (£9) packs a real punch! It’s open now and you can even use the traditional Absinthe Drip and sugar cubes on the table to drink Absinthe the way it’s supposed to!

#FF:This week has been a hair disaster for me: rain followed by wind five times in one day – not a good look. The one thing that put a smile on my face hair-wise though was PhytoSpecific Optimal Hydration shampoo, £9.10. It made my hair feel really, really soft and in turn made the whole blow drying and straightening process a whole lot easier. It’s for anyone whose hair is a little bit dry, curly, or over-processed and really ‘relaxes’ it so it behaves a whole lot better.

#FF: You wouldn’t think it today but it’s been sunscreen-weather for the past week and the Clarisonic Plus is my preferred way to remove all that sunscreen at the end of the day. It deep cleanses the skin, removes even waterproof sunscreen and leaves your face glowing and ready for skincare.

#FF: I’ve been loving the new hand cream from Johnson’s Body Care, the 24hour Moisture Radiance Hand Cream. It’s got lovely smelling Shea and Cocoa Butters in the formula and has left my hands feeling silky soft for the last few days. Definitely a great budget beauty buy and is a perfect size to take with you on the go.
