Until last year,  just a short hop-skip-and-jump away via Eurostar, at the galleries of Palais de Tokyo in Paris’ 16th arrondissement Chloé.Attitudes, the very first exhibition dedicated to the French fashion house, Chloé, and its contribution to fashion culture, was open to the public.

Celebrating 60 years of the brand and featuring signature pieces, iconography and highlighting various key moments within the brands history, spanning it’s 9 key designers, the exhibition was a delight to behold.

Luckily, for those who didn’t get the chance to visit the Judith Clark-curated exhibition in the French capital, Selfridges are recreating a similar smaller-scale showcase to celebrate 60 years of Chloé here in London, where, throughout the month of March Selfridges’ Concept Store, as well as the Oxford Street window displays, will be transformed with a series of vintage pieces taken from the Chloé archives together with various videos of the brand’s most memorable catwalk shows. You’ll also be able to buy into the celebrations as the fashion label has reissued 16 key pieces to create a commemorative Edition Anniversaire line, which will include Stella McCartney’s SS01 pineapple t-shirt and Karl Lagerfeld’s SS83 violin dress.
