This Sunday (13. Feb) marks the biggest night in Music. The 53rd Grammy Awards are set to hit the L.A. Staples Center in California to give out music’s biggest nods to the world’s biggest artists.

We don’t want to give away too much of the fun, but we are hearing that the Beiber will be giving us a surprise… and it may be including pal Jaden Smith (Never Say Never singer-and Karate Kid star) as well as hottie Usher hitting the stage all at once…

Other artists set to take the stage are… drum roll please… Eminem, Arcade Fire, Lady Gaga, Muse, Katy Perry, Bruno Mars, B.O.B, Rihanna with Drake, Cee lo Green with Gwyneth Paltrow and the Muppets…which should be interesting. Miranda Lambert, Lady Antebellum Janelle Monai will also be joining this fabulous list of singers at the Grammy’s.

Eminem-nominated for 10 Grammy's

Eminem leading the way with 10 nominations.

Along with these performances there will be a special appearance by Rolling Stone lead vocalist, Mick Jagger. He will be on the Grammy Stage for the first time ever with singer Raphael Saadiq paying tribute to the late soul singer, Solomon Burke.

Now, we know one of the best parts of the night is the red carpet when we get to see all the stars glammed up. Well, for all you Jersey Shore fans out there make sure you tune into MTV because the tanned and poofed to perfection, Snooki, will be co-hosting with MTV host Sway, for the MTV red carpet live stream. We are sure Snooki will not disappoint us!

The nominee list has quite the name drop, but Eminem Is leading the pack with 10 nominations! Other nominees are, Justin Beiber, Rihanna, Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, Florence and the Machines and Mumford & Sons, who both happen to be up for Best New Artist, are just a few. There are definitely some rumours going around about the opening act performer, which we know is just as big as the show itself. We have been hearing Britney Spears got the gig, and now we are hearing Christina Aguilera along with Jennifer Hudson will be paying tribute to Aretha Franklin!

So, for everyone not able to join the red carpet frenzy to catch a glimpse of your favourite singer, we can catch it here in the UK on MTV. Grab your popcorn, and cosy up on the couch for a night full of performances, tears, laughs, smiles and of course we will cross our fingers for some impromptu drama along the way!
