David Bailey's 'Happiness' Donation

The champagne brand, Krug, has teamed up with The Royal Academy of Arts for an exhibition called “Happiness.”

Celebrity patrons from the worlds of art, fashion, theater, gastronomy, and culture have donated to the exhibit something from their private lies that, for them, embodies happiness.

Celebs such as David Bailey, Vivienne Westwood, Manolo Blahnik, Erdem, Olivier Krug, Sienna Miller, and Bella Freud have all made donations, which will be displayed in the exhibit along with a quote from each contributor that explains why they chose the piece they did. The pieces will then be auctioned off during the week of the exhibition.

Lady Amanda Harlech, creative consultant to Chanel and Fendi, is the Co-curator of the exhibit along with Edith Devaney of The Royal Academy.

The exhibition is free and lasts from 13th December until 20th December. From the celebrity lineup, we’re guessing the exhibit will be quite an eclectic mix of pieces, and we can’t wait to see what these celebs choose to donate.
