For the New Year, it’s time to be courageous and fearless as this Valentine’s Day is the beginning of the Year of the Tiger.

The Tiger is the third year in the twelve-year cycle of the Chinese zodiac. Years of the Tiger are frequently marked by immense change and mass disorder; those born in the Year of the Tiger will find it easiest to push forward and succeed in 2010.

Those born in the similarly head-strong years of the Dragon, Dog, and the Horse typically get on well with the Tiger and should have a similarly easy time managing difficult times in the next year through harnessing an inner-strength.

Fear not, other signs; you can stay on top in the next year by being open to change,  letting it inspire you, instead of letting it get you down. If you do, the next year should promise quick success, but don’t let your achievements overwhelm you, or you may find them disappearing more often than they come.

Not sure if you were born in the year of the Tiger? The birth years of this attractive, social, sensitive, and intelligentsign are: 1914, 1926, 1938, 1950, 1962, 1974, 1986, 1998.

Who’s a Tiger? The year of the Tiger has lent it’s creativity to famous names like Demi Moore, Hilary Swank, Marilyn Monroe, Lady Gaga, Penelope Cruz, Tom Cruise, and Leonardo DiCaprio.
