Already shopping for the sunshine months and it’s only February?! Lucky you! But if not, I know just the thing to get you in the spirit! After all there’s just a few more snowfalls between now and bikini season. Take a peek at Accessorize’s SS13 campaign featuring the rather gorgeous, and controversial, Kate Upton for inspiration.
The all-American model (who you’ll no doubt remember from that Terry Richardson video) poses on a Barbados beach almost-covered in jewellery by the global accessories brand. She’ll be seen wearing an equal or lesser amount of coverage in the upcoming release of the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Edition, for the second year in a row!
In this campaign, captured by Josh Olins, Upton shows a little less by way of skin and sports, and a little more tailoring and handbags, proving she can rock high fashion. Add this achievement to the list of others Kate’s claimed in this year alone, which includes a Vogue cover, Superbowl adverts and a Sam Edelman campaign, and we think the buxom beauty is really changing the face (and body) of the fashion industry.
