New York Fashion Week kicked off yesterday with a string of very fashionable parties. New Yorkers and celebs alike all celebrated Fashion’s Night Out at various designer shops where the parties really got started. We bumped into Victoria Beckham at Bergdorf Goodman on the designer floor, while Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen served cocktails.
Fashion’s favourite Sarah Jessica Parker wore a full magenta skirt which she teamed with a printed T-shirt designed by Oscar de la Renta for a full on evening of fashionable partying. Speaking of Oscar, things really kicked off in his store as the designer took to the stage to perform a duet with Bette Midler!

Moving onto Stella McCartney we spotted Kate Hudson working the jumpsuit while Sienna and Savannah Miller were looking uber stylish at the Intermix Party. But we have to hand it to Rihanna for the wackiest get up we saw all night. The star rocked up to the Intermix party in studded wrap around shades. How she managed to see anything is beyond us!
Rhianna keeps pushing the limits!… no matter if she’s blinded or not! Sarah Jessica Parker looks stunning, hip, and energetic as ever. What a gem!
