Designers Francisco Costa and Isabel Toledo of Calvin Klein are delving into the world of dance; they’ve teamed up with ballet company Morphoses/The Wheeldon Company to create costumes and artistic visions for new programmes making debuts this month.

The group—the world’s first transatlantic company with bases in both New York and Sadler’s Wells—will premiere two new programmes on 21-24 October at Sadler’s Wells Theatre. Programme “A” celebrates Les Ballets Russes and includes work from artistic associate Christopher Wheeldon, Australian choreographer Tim Harbour, and Alexei Ratmansky. Programme “B” focuses around piano scores from Ligeti and Rachmaninoff.

Tickets range from £10 to £38 for the chance to see Calvin Klein-styled pieces on the elegant forms of The Royal Ballet dancers. The company dares you to “fall in love with the art form” with these new works. No problem, if the costumes impress us like the airy styles and gently glowing colours from CK’s latest shows!
