Coffee Morning Gets Stylish

Macmillan’s World’s Biggest Coffee Morning is arriving on September 25th to help raise money for Macmillan Cancer Support. Percy Parker and Amy Molyneux, the designers of PPQ, MTV’s Alexa Chung, and organic queen Jo Wood have designed six beautiful, limited edition, melamine coffee trays selling at £25 each. The proceeds from each tray will be donated to people affected with cancer.
For Alexa Chung’s design, she draws inspiration from that of a British fashionista on American soil with inky designs, while Jo Wood’s graphic artwork in black and white reflects her love of the iconic fashion brand Biba. British design company PPQ presented four watercolor paintings by their very own Freddie Fox, Oberon Owl, Jackdaw, and Emmanuelle the cat.
With an estimated two million people taking part this year, Macmillan hopes to raise £8m for their charity.
