From Rihanna’s Wardrobe to Yours

How could we possibly forget Rihanna’s debut collection for River Island earlier this year? The frenzied fashion hype, the pre-launch store events, and the not-so-sell out success. And, taking note from her pop-singing, grunge-loving counter part, Miley Cyrus, she “just can’t stop.” Designing, that is.

Rihanna for River Island

Not dissimilar to her first collection, the autumn/winter 2013 line showcases RiRi’s urban street style coupled with her rock-girl glam. Comprised of camo-print, body-hugging pieces, leather hoodies, signature RiRi midriff flaunting crop tops, unmistakeable outer layers, and thigh-high boots, there’s not one item in the entire collection that we  couldn’t envisage the popstrel taking to the streets in herself. Us, on the other hand, that might be a whole other story.

Although we have cast a would-we-wouldn’t-we glance at the camo bralet and leather shorts.

The collection will be sold in two separate drops – the first in September, and the second in November.
