Sources confirm that Google will be hosting a party tomorrow, 17th November, where the company is set to launch a new web site catering to fashion; online designer shops included!

Sarah Jessica Parker is rumoured to be a part of the new site with her own personalised, virtual boutique. Apparently Google has invited other trendy celebs and designers to host a shop including Katie Holmes, Oscar de la Renta, Marchesa and Tory Burch.

The plans for the site are still up in the air until tomorrow, but it is confirmed that the company itself will not be a clothing vendor. Instead, the fashion-dedicated website will help customers locate existing retailers and designer sites that have the products they are looking for.

From the sounds of it, the new high fashion web site will also include features similar to that of ShopStyle and Polyvore. Users can create and share their own personalized style preferences, looks, and brands they love!

With the fashion industry taking the Internet by storm, this latest concept from Google looks to be yet another promising money-maker for the company.

We’re interested to see exactly what the Internet giant’s newest project has to offer after the launch party tomorrow where The Misshapes, Becka Diamond, and DJ Earworm are expected to perform!
