Giuliano Fujiwara’s S/S 2012 collection

Giuliano Fujiwara’s S/S 2012 collection

The fashion continued on to Milan Fashion Week at the end of last week and so we’ve rounded up top looks to learn from. Take notes for Spring ladies!

Geek chic is a look that every woman has probably tried at once in her life (even is she did fail miserably!). Giuliano Fujiwara’s S/S 2012 collection has just the geeky look a whole lot easier to achieve though. The line definitely has inspiration from menswear with its structured shapes and fairly decent hemlines, but the splashes of colour and prints are a gorgeous combination with a slicked-back ponytail and trendy glasses.

Minimalist looks are often looked over because of their simplicity, but the clean silhouettes of Giorgio Armani’s SS12 show were stunning.Noting his idea for the line came from all the colours and facets of pearls, each item has a certain luminosity that any woman would love.

‘Never underestimate glamour’ was the golden rule at Roberto Cavalli’s SS12 show. And we expect nothing less from the fashion titan himself. The collection sparkled with glitz gowns fit for a goddess and even included skirts that showed a flirtier side of the line.
