Warm knitwear for winter looks

We all have that one favourite winter sweater that’s just perfect for a day out, or a lazy weekend. And as winter bites, we naturally want more knitwear to keep us cozy. We’ve been scouring the high street to find the perfect knitwear pieces for a day in the city.

These quirky knits from Topshop are fun and wearable with different pieces. The Penguin jumper is just holiday fun at it’s best, and the Knitted Sequin sweater could be dressed down or try with some platform pumps to make it work at night.

For those of us who have a lot of sweaters, and just need ways to change them up adding scarves and collars do the trick. This Black Sequin Snood has little sequins that have a subtle shimmer, and although this Beaded Green Collar won’t exactly keep you warm, it looks amazing with sweaters or tops.

Reiss has a great selection of glamorous sweaters that are warm but don’t compromise style. This Sequin Front Jumper has a flattering v-neck and tight fit for jeans or with a skirt. And the Sheer Sapphire Knit is a great addition to any wardrobe for a special occasion on a chilly December night.

Reiss sweaters add a bit of glamour with this Sequin front jumper (£76) and this sheer sapphire knit for (£71)
