London’s outdone itself this month with a whole host of free health and fitness masterclasses on offer. Take a look at what’s going on and make the most of it, what have you got to lose?
Nike Training Club’s London Take Over
18th – 23rd January
Nike Training Club is kick starting the year with a full week of twice-a-day workouts led by London‘s best trainers. Try new workouts, sweat it out with your friends, you might get hooked.
The week will start with London’s first 1Rebel spin class hosted at the top of the iconic Gherkin building. The class will be a high intensity group cycling experience against a back-drop of live entertainment, theatre-grade lighting and bespoke playlists curated and mixed by internationally acclaimed DJs.
There will then be two exclusive workouts everyday, unlocking the best fitness in London, and motivating women to train harder in January. If you can’t make the events, you can download the Nike+ Training Club App, and download a 15 minute workout during the same week inspired by the classes from that specific day. Nike’s best London based nutrition partners will be at each of the events too, providing nutritional advice post-workout. Partners include Raw 2 Door, C Press, Lovage, Healthy Yummies, 26 Grains, Roots and Bulbs.
