The exclusive menu, designed by two Michelin Starred-chef Hélène Darroze, includes traditional finger sandwiches with a floral twist,cucumber, dill cream & cucumber flower, or try smoked salmon, wasabi cream & broad bean flower sandwiches. While pastries include fresh scones from the Connaught Bakery followed by a selection of delicious cakes and tarts such as Rose and Raspberry cake (I’ll be hating my diet for making me miss this).

The Laurent-Perrier Cuvée Rosé Floral Afternoon Tea at The Connaught (RRP £49 per person) will be served exclusively during the RHS Chelsea Flower Show week, 25 – 29 May 2011… I’m already booking my table!
